Proactive Contract Negotiations
By thoroughly researching and carefully negotiating and drafting these contracts, we seek to clarify our clients’ interests while avoiding future disputes. We accurately define and set out the rights and responsibilities of all parties to an agreement so that each party is clear about their obligations and benefits under the contract.
Many clients come to us for a review of their rights and obligations after they have acquired an asset already subject to contract. We cautiously review the terms of existing contracts to identify ambiguities or areas of potential liability.
We also represent clients who have been operating without an agreement, or under a bad one. We will proactively negotiate or renegotiate the terms of any agreement to put our clients in a better position going forward.
